Join me for a workshop to help you reconnect to you. So often with the pressures of life you disconnect from yourself, every time you ignore yourself or choose the wellbeing of others over nurturing your own body, you disconnect a little bit more. We will be working with the beautiful colour mirrors bottles as well as eft/tapping. There will be a meditation but most importantly, it will be about you leaving a little brighter, loving yourself more and knowing yourself even better.
